July 15, 2024 – Supreme Court 2024 Top 10

Today I am giving a rundown of the decisions made at the Supreme Court level for the 2023 – 2024 session. A few of them that I care the most about I spend significant amounts of time. In a very minute way, the balance was tipped back to the way it should be. And that is freedom for the people and states rights outside of what is specified in the Constitution.

*Correction 1: I stated that bump stocks turn a rifle into a shotgun. That is incorrect and I meant to say a rifle into an automatic rifle.

*Correction 2: When referring to the 1986 National Firearms Act, I said that all manufacturing of firearms was banned from that point forward. I meant to say that all new automatic firearms were banned.

I don’t really, but I suddenly realized what the future was going to look like after AI becomes widely adopted and implemented like so many companies in my work space are pushing for.

As bright eyed and optimistic couples think they know, they don’t. Two people with two right ways can have conflict as a result of external factors. Only extra effort on top of an already exhausting time will keep things going in the right direction.

Warning, this podcast is much longer than normal. As my son prepares to graduate high school this week, I reflect on his journey through the education system. Let’s just say that it has not been great. He is a good kid with unique issues that doesn’t fit into the mold of normal kids. I take aim at the system and those that run it and participate in it. I didn’t realize the depth of problems until it was almost over. By that time, it was too late.
